Title of Event: Table-Top Exercises:  Preparing your own TTX

Event Summary:

Have you ever participated in a Table-Top Exercise (TTX)? Ever had to write and lead one yourself?

In this session, G Mark Hardy will walk through the value and structure of TTXs… informal yet powerful training tools designed to simulate real-world incidents and strengthen your team’s response strategies.

We will explore the concept and importance of TTXs in improving organizational resilience, discuss their cost-effectiveness, and highlight their role in crisis preparedness. G Mark will cover key elements of successful execution, including how to set objectives, choose participants, create realistic scenarios, and conduct meaningful follow-ups.

We will also touch on compliance considerations, such as SOC 2, and how tabletop exercises can help expose and address organizational gaps before an actual incident occurs.

Whether you are new to TTXs or looking to improve your current approach, this session will provide practical guidance and insights you can put into action.

We are also excited to welcome our event sponsors, Forcepoint and Stream Security, who will be sharing how their cybersecurity solutions transform the workplace, safeguard against evolving threats, and help data stay more secure.
