Lisa Farmer
Lisa Farmer has been in the security space for the past 13 years.
She is currently the Southeast Channel Manager for IronPort
Systems, for 3 years. Prior to IronPort she worked for Internet
Security Systems for 7 years with Intrusion Detection and
Vulnerability Solutions. After 7 years with ISS she decided to
shift gears and move to the Firewall space by joining Netscreen
Technologies. She remained with Netscreen through the Juniper
acquisition but decided to take a chance on a small e-mail start up
named IronPort Systems. As you might know, IronPort was acquired by
Cisco Systems in June of 2007. Although acquired by Cisco, IronPort
will remain as an independent business unit much like the
acquisition of Scientific Atlanta.
