Tiffany Richardson, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Tiffany Richardson took on responsibilities for BSI's business
operations in 2007. Tiffany brings a complimentary mix of business
administration expertise coupled with information technology
experience that she developed working in Information Technology
Services at Queens University of Charlotte while earning her MBA.
Tiffany's experience includes work in technical systems
implementation, technical documentation, marketing, and customer
support services.
Tiffany earned a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from
Queens University of Charlotte (NC) and a master's degree in
Business Administration from the McColl School of Business.
In the operations role at BSI, Tiffany assists with oversight
and management of the day-to-day activities, personnel and
financial affairs of the organization as well as plans and
implements strategies to improve quality, productivity and
efficiency while managing various business functions such as
administration, HR, accounting, vendor/partner relationships,
marketing, and organizational management.
A leader on and off the court, Tiffany served as a team captain
for the Queens University Women's Basketball team (2002-2004) and
was awarded CVAC All-Conference and Team MVP (2003-2004), Coach's
Award (2002-2003) and CVAC Academic All-Conference (2002-2004)
honors during her scholarship tenure for the Royals.
