Dan Doyle
CEO and President
Dan Doyle co-founded Bayside Solutions, Inc., in 2001 and serves
as Chairman, CEO and President where he leads the company's overall
strategic direction and drives revenue growth and
profitability.
Since beginning his tenure, Dan has created and implemented a
business strategy and approach that has provided BSI with
consistent revenue growth with 5 consecutive years of
profitability. Steering the Company to constant innovation in its
business approach, Dan championed BSIs strategy to focus on more
the customer than on quarterly earnings, Dan is always fighting for
his customers and ensuring BSI is improving processes to enable a
better experience for BSIs customers
Dan has spent the last 12 years of his more than 20 years of
successful business experience working in the technology industry,
and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations
with companies in the information security segment. Prior to
founding Bayside, Dan worked for a Fortune 500 technology company,
served on the Board for DRS (A Debt Consolidation Non-Profit), and
had founded and sold several other companies.
In his ongoing role as President, Dan continues to put his
leadership and vision to work for BSI. He is a strong advocate for
open and competitive business practices with an ethical
approach.

Tiffany Richardson, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Tiffany Richardson took on responsibilities for BSI's business
operations in 2007. Tiffany brings a complimentary mix of business
administration expertise coupled with information technology
experience that she developed working in Information Technology
Services at Queens University of Charlotte while earning her MBA.
Tiffany's experience includes work in technical systems
implementation, technical documentation, marketing, and customer
support services.
Tiffany earned a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from
Queens University of Charlotte (NC) and a master's degree in
Business Administration from the McColl School of Business.
In the operations role at BSI, Tiffany assists with oversight
and management of the day-to-day activities, personnel and
financial affairs of the organization as well as plans and
implements strategies to improve quality, productivity and
efficiency while managing various business functions such as
administration, HR, accounting, vendor/partner relationships,
marketing, and organizational management.

Paul Henry

One of the world's foremost global information security and
computer forensic experts, with more than 20 years experience
managing security initiatives for Global 2000 enterprises and
government organizations worldwide.
Throughout his career, Henry has played a key strategic role in
launching new network security initiatives to meet our
ever-changing threat landscape. Henry also advises and consults on
some of the world's most challenging and high-risk information
security projects, including the National Banking System in Saudi
Arabia, the Reserve Bank of Australia, the Department of Defense's
Satellite Data Project (USA), and both Government as well as
Telecommunications projects throughout Southeast Asia.
Henry is the Lead Forensic Analyst and President
of vNet Security LLC, a Certified SANS Instructor, Board
VP of the Florida Association of Computer Crime Investigators
(FACCI), Founding Board of Directors member for the Ashlar
Foundation and serves as an analyst for Lumension
Security.

Tim Hangge
Vice President of Sales
Tim Hangge joined the BSI team in 2001 as a member of the board of
directors. He is currently the CEO and President of Dante
Marketing, LLC, a successful marketing company providing data
management, telemarketing services, marketing and advertising
consulting as well as back office support services for several US
based clients. Prior to Dante Marketing, Mr. Hangge was
President of Debt Reduction Solutions which operated as a 501c3
non-profit credit counseling company in Largo, Florida. This
endeavor led to Tim's participation in numerous community and
volunteer programs that benefited individuals through challenging
times in their lives. Prior to DRS, Mr. Hangge worked for
Legato Systems, Inc. as a Regional Sales Director. Tim's
diverse background in the technology industry and business
marketing, along with his immense motivation is what drives high
productivity throughout his business career. Tim received his
BS in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina
in 1988. Tim resides in Saint Petersburg, Florida and has a
5-year old daughter.

Dr. Brian Allard
Vice President of Business Development
Dr. Brian Allard, commonly known as "Bones", joined the BSI board
of directors in 2003 and has played an essential role in the
success of the company. Dr. Allard enjoys operating his
private practice and is privileged to be a team doctor for the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In addition to BSI, Dr. Allard serves
on several boards and is actively involved with various area
charities, especially those benefiting the underprivileged and law
enforcement.
