Physical Security Assessments are performed onsite and consists
of an inspection and analysis of external and internal physical
controls; including areas such as administrative controls, contract
services providers, external entry ways, access controls,
surveillance/alarm systems, data centers, media storage, and
emergency preparedness. The assessment also includes information
gathering from the company website and other publicly available
sites to assist in social engineering and covert testing exercises.
The Assessment is geared towards the ability of an attacker to gain
unauthorized access into the facility and discover potentially
unsecured information. All findings and observations are provided
in a comprehensive assessment findings report along with specific
recommendations to strengthen the physical security controls.
